Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using MarqetCore (operated by Lucid Tech LLC), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform. These terms apply to all users including free trial accounts.

2. The Service

MarqetCore provides business operating software including CRM, task management, social scheduling, referral tracking, and AI intelligence tools. We may update, add, or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid plans.

3. Accounts

  • You must be 18 or older to use MarqetCore.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • One account per person unless you have an explicit multi-seat plan.
  • You may not share accounts or resell access.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use MarqetCore to:

  • Spam, harass, or send unsolicited messages via our outreach tools.
  • Violate any applicable law including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CCPA.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our underlying systems or data.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or anything that could harm our systems or other users.

5. Your Data

You own your business data. We do not claim ownership of contacts, content, or files you add to MarqetCore. We use aggregated, anonymized signals to improve AABOS intelligence, but never your raw business data shared with other customers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • 30-day free trial on all plans. No credit card required to start.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

7. Intellectual Property

MarqetCore, AABOS, and related marks are trademarks of Lucid Tech LLC. Patent filed. You may not use our name, logos, or marks without written permission.

8. Disclaimer

MarqetCore is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, results, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Denver, Colorado.
